All user-generated stories and preferences provided through the platform are considered confidential. Hey Simone will not share, sell, or publish your stories or preferences outside of the platform without your explicit consent, except for internal use to improve the AI model, as stated above. We are committed to ensuring that all sensitive information and content you provide remains private and secure.

Your stories are private and will not be shared publicly or sold without your explicit consent.

By using Hey Simone, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the platform for any illegal activities or to violate any laws.
• The stories you create are for personal use only. You are not permitted to sell, publish, or commercially exploit the stories generated by Hey Simone.
• You will not share any explicit content generated on Hey Simone with minors or any individual under 18 years of age.
• When providing your preferences for story generation, you agree to avoid submitting content that promotes violence, harm, or illegal activities. Hey Simone encourages users to exercise self-awareness when engaging with the platform and take responsibility for creating content that aligns with their emotional well-being and psychological safety. If at any time you find content distressing or triggering, you may stop using the service and adjust your inputs accordingly.

Hey Simone reserves the right to terminate your account if we believe that you are in violation of these terms or engaging in any unlawful activity.

4. Payments and Refunds

Access to the stories on Hey Simone will require payment. Details regarding subscription plans or one-time payments will be outlined in the app or on our website. If you are charged for services, the following refund policy applies:

• Refunds may be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase if you are dissatisfied with the service. However, once a story is generated and delivered, refunds may be subject to our discretion based on whether the service has been fully utilized.

You may also delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Profile section of the app.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, including access to any stories you have generated. We are not obligated to retain or provide access to your stories following termination.
